Sergei leads Forma Nova with over 20 years of experience in large-scale residential and commercial architecture. His work is defined by a commitment to spatial clarity, client partnership, and a belief that design is a long-term investment in human experience. Sergei has led projects across Puerto Rico and the mainland U.S., with a focus on multi-family housing, high-rise typologies, and mixed-use development.
