Architectural Concept

This second-phase office for the Million Dollar Round Table reinterprets the organization’s global scope through a contemporary lens of transparency, collaboration, and flexibility. The layout organizes work zones along clean circulation paths with moments of spatial punctuation—lounges, breakout rooms, and enclosed meeting pods that signal pause, exchange, and focus.

Color, light, and architectural rhythm are used to create visual landmarks and human-scale distinction within the open plan. Glass-walled conference rooms adorned with world flags subtly reinforce the organization’s international reach, while intimate lounges and curved furnishings suggest a more fluid, people-first culture.

Materials

A balanced material palette combines dark-stained wood tones with soft neutral upholstery and glass. Blue sculptural lighting, polished white laminates, and light wood accents add energy and contrast.

Warm walnut floors are introduced in social zones, providing warmth underfoot and clearly differentiating collaborative spaces. Textured glass partitions and dynamic surface treatments—like the dimensional wall behind the “Starbucks Bistro” or custom privacy films—add tactile and visual richness without cluttering the space. Everywhere, materials support acoustics, light diffusion, and longevity.

Lifestyle

Designed for a more agile, hospitality-infused workday, this office supports a lifestyle of movement, interaction, and calm productivity. Employees move effortlessly from high-focus workstations to color-coded lounge zones, private video call booths, or the in-office café.

Circular and semicircular furniture groupings promote inclusive conversation, while writable surfaces and built-in screens support brainstorming and hybrid meetings. The space expresses quiet professionalism while embracing flexibility—reflecting MDRT’s evolving culture and multigenerational workforce.
