Architecture

A resort
called home

Dorado brings villas, residences, and shared spaces together in a single composition of glass, stone, and landscape.

From the arrival foyer to the restaurant and the water's edge, every space carries the same calm modern hand.

The Story

Dorado is a composition rather than a collection: villas, residences, and shared spaces conceived in one hand so the whole property reads as a single piece of architecture in a garden.

The villas are glass pavilions grounded by stone, opening fully to terraces and water. Interiors keep the horizon in view, with sculptural stairs and double height rooms doing the quiet showing off.

The shared spaces carry the same hand at a hospitality scale. The foyer greets with a water wall and planted columns; the restaurant sits under a suspended green canopy that turns dinner into a garden event.

Apartment residences distill the villa language into tighter plans, pairing generous living rooms with bedrooms that borrow light from their terraces.

Interiors

Rooms drawn
in the same hand

The residences open through glass to the hills and the water, with living, dining, and kitchens composed as one continuous space.

Shared rooms carry the story further: an arrival foyer beneath a green wall, lounges by a stone water feature, and a restaurant under a suspended canopy of planting.

Warm woods, stone, and layered light run from the private rooms to the public ones, so the whole development reads as a single interior idea.

Inside the Rooms

Inside the residences, the plan stays open. Kitchens fold into dining and living, and full height glazing keeps the landscape present in every room.

Bedrooms and dressing rooms trade the drama for quiet, with dark timber, soft neutrals, and cabinetry detailed to each space rather than fitted from a catalog.

The public interiors are the flourish: a foyer planted like a garden, lounges gathered around stone and water, and a restaurant where a canopy of greenery hangs above the tables. Every one belongs to the same modern hand.
