Living with
the horizon

Tesoro Del Mar pairs sculptural towers with resort caliber amenities, framing the water from every residence.

Terraces, pools, and double height interiors are drawn as one continuous idea, from the arrival court to the penthouse.

The Story

Tesoro Del Mar is a study in how tall buildings can feel like a resort rather than a wall. The towers curve with the shoreline, and every terrace is drawn deep enough to live on, not just look from.

Arrival is choreographed. A landscaped court, a porte cochere at dusk, and a lobby that opens straight through to water views set the register before an elevator is ever called.

Amenities ring the podium and the roofline: pool terraces edged in glass, sun decks facing the Caribbean, and a terrace bar built for the hour when the light goes gold.

The penthouses gather the whole idea in one place, with double height living rooms, private rooftop pools, and interiors finished in the same warm palette that runs through the towers below.

Interiors

Inside, in the
same hand

Double height living spaces, dining rooms, and lounges carry the architecture indoors, framing the water from within.

Amenity spaces are drawn with the same care as the residences, so the whole development reads as one composition.

Inside the Rooms

The penthouse interiors are the clearest statement of the idea: living rooms that rise two stories to the glass, a grand piano set against the horizon, and a lounge layered for the evening.

Materials stay warm and restrained, so nothing competes with the water. Stone floors, timber, and soft upholstery hold their calm through the bright Caribbean day and the gold of the dusk.

The resident amenities extend the same hand beyond the private rooms, so a lounge or a gathering room feels as considered as a penthouse floor.
