Curved Residences
Sculptural bars stepped along the ridge.
Curved residences and terraced villas set into a wooded hilltop, planned as one community.
The Development
The Top gathers curved residential buildings and terraced villas across a wooded hilltop, each one turned to keep the greenery and the horizon in view.
Between the volumes sit pools, gardens, and courts, so the shared ground reads as parkland the residences look onto.
The plan works with the hill rather than flattening it. Curved residential bars step along the ridge, and villas terrace down the slope with private pools tucked into the green.
Seen from above, the community reads as one composition set into the forest: residences, villas, and amenities threaded together by landscaped paths above the town below.
From a private terrace the island opens out. The architecture keeps the drama outside, framing the view and letting the hillside carry the rest.
